Q. What are your hours of business?

A. Our official opening hours are 9:00am - 5:30pm Monday to Friday. But we are usually open from 8:00am! 

Q. Are the samples we see from you the only combinations available?

A. No. The samples we send are only ones which we have previously made. We have all the components in stock to make any combination of Print, Foil shape and Foil colour! This means you can dream up your own styles - all for a minimum order of 10mtrs! 

Q. How long does it take for my order to arrive with me?

A. If your order is for plain fabrics - so long as we receive the order before 1:30pm, we aim to deliver to you the next working day. If you have ordered a print or a foil product, because all these type of orders are "made to order", delivery is normally between 1 and 3 weeks. If your order is particularly urgent  we can sometimes accommodate a quicker delivery, please liaise with the office regarding this. 

Q. What method of delivery do you use?

A. For UK deliveries we use a "next working day" courier service. Please provide an address where somebody will be able to sign for the delivery. If you require a "before noon" or " before 10:00am" delivery, please contact the office for a price. If we are delivering to mainland Europe we use a European carrier service. We are also happy for our clients to arrange their own carrier to collect their order. Please contact the office if you wish to do this. 

Q. Do you provide test reports for all your fabrics?

A. We can advise fastness values for our plain colours. For any printed product we advise clients to test the fabric to ensure it is fit for the particular purpose which the client intends to use it. 

Q. Do you provide samples?

A. We are able to provide a A5 size sample or smaller, free of charge. Should you require a larger sample we can arrange for pieces 120cms x 80cms approx by request. 

Q. Can we come and see the working factory and browse the range?

A. We are delighted to welcome all our clients to see our factory. We are proud of what we do and whilst visiting we can give you explanations of how and why we do certain procedures. You will gain a greater understanding of our products and how they are made, which can only help you in your choice of fabric.
